Picker & Associates completed their review of the Association’s 2022/2023 Fiscal Year financial statements. The auditor is expected to discus their results and the health of the Association’s financial status, review highlights, areas of interest, any concerns and answer any questions.
The audit results are important to understand the health of the Association, determine whether there is any concerns or anomalies for the Board to be aware of, and for preparing a realistic budget for the next fiscal year.
Owners are encouraged to attend this meeting. In preparation, the “DRAFT” of the audit is available here for review:

THIS IS ONLY A DRAFT, and will not be a permanent record of the Association in its current form. It will not be finalized unless and until the Board accepts the audit. This may be considered following the presentation at the Board Meeting on Monday October 9th, 2023, at 7:30pm in the 2nd Floor Party Room.
