PT Business Meetings Via ZOOM

After successfully conducting a recent Commission Meeting via ZOOM Meetings online, and consistent with guidance from the Association’s legal counsel, for the time being, business will be conducted via the ZOOM platform.
This is to include both Commission Meetings and Board Meetings that need to be held, while our community is dealing with the current health emergency and the State of Illinois ‘Stay At Home’ order.
So what is ZOOM? And how will this work? Well, the simplest way, is to check out their website and view their online tutorials.

A trial run was already coordinated by Management, to hold the most recent Rules and Regulations Commission Meeting. Members feedback was positive, following the meeting where the Commission held hearings to address Rules & Regs violations. Owners with hearings either called in or joined via their computer mics and cameras, and the meeting went smoothly by all accounts.
Monday April 13th, this trial run will graduate to a full Board Meeting, at 7:30pm.
