OWNER FORUM – 7:30PM
The Board of Directors and Management welcomed and addressed feedback and questions from Unit Owners.
CALL TO ORDER – Board Meeting Open Session
Board President Michael Parrie called the meeting to order at 8PM.
Confirm Quorum
Michael Parrie confirmed a quorum of Board Members were present.
Present from the Board of Directors was Michael Parrie, Jean Shamo, Sheldon Atovsky and Catherine Kestler. Absent was Monique Fouant.
Present from Management was Property Manager Tim Patricio.
Action Items
1. Minutes – Board Meeting October 10, 2022
After a motion by Sheldon Atovsky, seconded by Catherine Kestler, the Board of Directors of the Park Tower Condo Association voted unanimously in favor of a resolution to approve the minutes from the Board Meeting held on Monday October 10, 2022.

2. Lobby Revolving Doors
After a motion by Jean Shamo, seconded by Sheldon Atovsky, and discussion, the motion was amended and re-seconded and the Board of Directors of the Park Tower Condo Association voted unanimously in favor of a resolution to approve replacing the lobby revolving doors as proposed by Door Systems with two new revolving doors, at a cost not to exceed $73,000, which includes a provision of approximately 10% to cover unknown conditions should they arise.
ADJOURNMENT
After a motion by Sheldon Atovsky, seconded by Jean Shamo, the Board of Directors of the Park Tower Condo Association voted unanimously in favor of a resolution to approve adjourns the October 24, 2022 Board Meeting at 8:13PM.

The next regular Board Meeting is scheduled for November 14th at 7:30PM, and Board Meetings with the Budget & Finance Commission are planned for Saturday November 5th, 12th & 19th.
