Important Note – The Meeting Roundup Reports are provided as a courtesy for Owners to review business the Board considered and conducted at meetings. They are not intended to replace actual meeting minutes. Minutes for each Board Meeting are typically drafted after the meeting and approved at the next regularly scheduled meeting, after which they are posted and available upon request. Minutes of the Annual Meeting will be approved at the next Annual Meeting in 2021.

CALL TO ORDER – Open Session
Acting Board President Michael Parrie called the meeting to order at 7:54pm.
Confirm Quorum
Present from the current Board was Michael Parrie, Jean Shamo, Cheryl Ronnett, Sheldon Atovsky and Monique Fouant. Present from Management was Property Supervisor David Barnhart, General Manager Timothy Patricio and Assistant Manager Tricia Bulaclac.
Commission Reports
Social Commission Chair Sheldon Atovsky announced the next Virtual Bingo Night was expected July 8th from 7pm to 8pm. He also mentioned the next Commission meeting is scheduled for July 15th at 11am, and plans are underway for retired Judge Martha Mills to make another presentation in August.

Appointment Of Board Officers
After a motion by Sheldon Atovsky, seconded by Cheryl Ronnett, and discussion, the Park Tower Condo Association Board of Directors voted unanimously in favor of a resolution to approve appointment of the following members as officers; Michael Parrie as Board President, Cheryl Ronnett as First Vice President, Monique Fouant as 2nd Vice President, Sheldon Atovsky as Secretary and Jean Shamo as Treasurer.
Minutes – Board Meeting June 8, 2020
After a motion by Sheldon Atovsky, seconded by Cheryl Ronnett, and discussion, the Park Tower Condo Association Board of Directors voted unanimously in favor of a resolution to approve the minutes for the Board Meeting held on Monday June 8, 2020.

Schedule Of Board Meetings For 2020/2021 Business Year
After a motion by Cheryl Ronnett, seconded by Sheldon Atovsky and discussion, the Park Tower Condo Association Board of Directors voted unanimously in favor of a resolution to accept the schedule of Board Meetings for the 2020/2021 business year as presented by Michael Parrie.

Support Animal Request
After a motion by Moniqu Fouant, seconded by Jean Shamo and discussion, the Park Tower Condo Association Board of Directors voted unanimously in favor of a resolution to approve a request from a Unit Owner for a service animal, consistent with guidance from the Association’s legal counsel.
Elevator Project Overtime
After a motion by Jean Shamo, seconded by Sheldon Atovsky, and discussion, the Park Tower Condo Association Board of Directors voted 3 in favor and 2 against of a resolution to approve Otis Elevator work overtime on the cable replacement for elevator #6, at a cost not to exceed $18,000, to be approved $9000 at a time, with the stipulation that after the first $9000 Management confirm the project is on course to be completed by Friday July 3rd. Michael Parrie and Cheryl Ronnet voted against the motion.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, after a motion by Monique Fouant, seconded by Cheryl Ronnett, the Park Tower Condo Board of Directors voted unanimously in favor of a resolution to adjourn the June 22, 2020 Board Meeting at 8:13PM.
