Temporary Outage Hot Water Outage Scheduled On Line Serving The 30th to 55th Floors, To Accommodate A Valve Repair
On a recent routine inspection, our team observed evidence of possible leaking near a valve on a main hot water line, serving all units from the 30th to the 55th floor. To accommodate the repair of this condition and avoid potential damages, the necessary work has been scheduled. The hot water line will need to be isolated, and hot water will not be available between the hours of 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM on Thursday, December 10th.
WE SUGGEST, residents avoid using the hot water during this time if at all possible. By doing so, it will shorten the time necessary to re-heat the water when the work is completed.
