During The Garage Resurfacing Project

From March 2nd through September, Guest Parking will be mostly unavailable, due to the upcoming resurfacing project. Many of our own parkers will need to temporarily relocate. Below are nearby locations Guests can be referred to, and PT Parkers may want to consider using when their phase is undergoing the repair work:

When you are expecting guests over the course of the project, regardless of the phase, you are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to call the garage ahead of time, 773-271-8859. For 3, 5, 7 day and 2 week passes, call the office, 773-769-3250.  Due to the extent of the work and the reduction in space, we expect there will be very little room for guest parking. Monthly parkers who either voluntarily relocate or are forced to relocate during their phase, will be credited their fees. 1p parkers will receive a 1 month credit; 2p parkers will receive a prorated credit based on the number of days they need to relocate.
