Our team scheduled some painting and minor repair work in the package room for Wednesday January 31st. They expect to get the bulk of the work done on that day. If needed, additional work will be done on Thursday February 1st. The expected time frame is from 9am-3:00 pm on each day.
We are coordinating the work so that the space will still be accessible for deliveries, package pick-up and our volunteers sorting packages.
Residents should keep in mind they’re may be some inconvenience coming and going as the work is underway. Be sure to use caution when entering and exiting the package room. They will have tables, and the fridge temporarily moved around on both days. They will post wet paint signs around the package room and in the corridor so that residents are reminded of it before entering.
For our friends in the mall and commercial units there may be some paint odors when painting is being done, though this should be very minor and short-lived. And although they will be doing some minor repairs, we don’t expect anything that would cause a major disturbance.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding while this maintenance is coordinated.
