Our team received several inquiries about apparent repair noise overnight.

As hopefully most residents have noticed, the AC is running but the present heat and high humidity are having some negative impacts. We’ve had a couple AC drain lines clog which resulted in leaking in a few locations. Sadly, the location of most of these drain lines are behind walls that have to be opened to access and repair.

Fortunately most of the leaking has been relatively minor, but it is always an inconvenience. And ideally no leaking can wait until morning, though we cannot be everywhere all at once. The longer it waits, the more likely we could have property damage or mold. So our team has been working around the clock to get the cause of any leaking repaired, and then follow up on any clean up or repairs that are needed.
