No Riser Projects This Fall

Due to the Scope and Timing of the Roof Replacement Project.
We are not planning to begin any further Riser Projects this year. This fall, we tentatively planned to complete the Low Zone Risers ’05/’06 Units and ’03/’15 Units from the 3rd to 29th floors. However, with the amount of time, resources and traffic we anticipate with the roof work, these are being pushed into Spring 2018.
This coming week, Management will hold a meeting with the contractors hired to perform the roof replacement, after which we anticipate having a preliminary calendar of activities. The expectation is that major work on the roof will begin sometime in August and end in November. This is roughly the same range of time we wanted to complete these risers.
However, the demands on time, resources and the elevators would be far too great to attempt to complete both projects at once.
