NEWS FROM MANAGEMENT:

Wishing Jacquie a fond farewell 🙁– Sadly, Assistant Manager Jacquie Smith resigned from her postion with Park Tower. She thanked the Board for the opportunity to work here the past 6 years. She will not be a complete stranger though, as she moves on to other assignments within the Management Company DK Condo. THANK YOU JACQUIE for your hard work and efforts over the years. We will miss you!!

RCN Service Night Scheduled – Thursday September 25th in the lobby, reps and techs will be present to address any service or account issues you are experiencing, in person. Also, TIVO classes will be held in the Party Room.

Garage Power Washing – This will likely be scheduled for the end of October or beginning of November. We realize with the project and especially the recent humid weather, it has been messy. We appreciate your patience and are just as anxious to get the exterior work done so that we can proceed with the cleaning. In the interim, maintenance will double their efforts to do what we can internally.

’06/’07 Tier Riser Project Postponed – The next riser project for the ’06/’07 Units from the 3rd to 29th floors will be postponed. Management is looking into addressing the “loop” serving the next 6 risers (all from 3 to 29) before proceeding with any more actual in unit plumbing. Conditions we discovered over the past year have raised concern that both the drain loop and riser loop serving all 6 of these risers needs to be addressed first. More information will be forthcoming as we begin working with the Board and Budget and Finance Committee on the 2015/16 budget.
