At the Board of Directors Meeting on Monday March 9th, the PT Board unanimously approved adoption of the new Rules & Regulations Handbook.

This can be found in the PT Condo online Library! We encourage all Owners and Residents to visit the library, review the new handbook, if you have not already done so. The purpose of this document and the policies and procedures therein, is to promote and support a more positive living experience for the entire Park Tower community. There are unique challenges facing residents in multi-resident and multi-famliy high rise buildings. Such Rules and Regulations are in place to ease those challenges.

Above this post on the menu bar, you’ll see “Library”. If you click this, you will see our online library.  Once you’re in the Library among the items listed you will see “Governing Documents”.

When you click “Governing Documents” you will see the “Declaration”, which is the link to the PTCA Declaration & Bylaws. Just below that you’ll see “Park Tower Rules & Regulations”. Here, the handbook is posted as a PDF icon you will see embedded there, and the Rules handbook is laid out in the body of the post.

The Rules Handbook contents headings are listed there as well, so you can actually go right to any sections you may be interested in reviewing. So, if you want to review the Rules regarding “Board Meetings”, you just click that line and it takes you right to that section.
