New Remittance Address For Assessments

The bank address for assessment payments has changed.
Owners either on the DK direct debit program or who make payment with the stub, do not need to take any action.
However, owners who send there payment without the stub, with automatic bill pay or other online forms of payment must update the remittance address:

Each month, assessment payments are due by the first. Management will accept them in the office up until the 5th. Payments not in the bank (at the above address) by the 10th, will be subject to a late fee. Late fees remain $60 for the assessments and $35 for garage license fees.
Draper and Kramer has advised us the old lock box address will continue to accept payments for several months. However, once the lockbox closes, payment will be returned to sender.
