For a few weeks we’ve seen a couple new faces delivering the mail. One gentlemen in particular advised the staff he would be the new regular carrier for our route. Not only have we experienced some positive changes here in the office, we’ve heard from multiple residents and even mall occupants that there has been noticeable improvement in service.
We’ve posted very frequently about how residents can make formal complaints about USPS service. It was suggested that it might be helpful to our cause as a community, if we leave positive feedback for the good carriers. If you have a good experience, or feel like the service is improving, we encourage you to send in a compliment. Leaving some positive comments could very well help encourage a more positive relationship with our carriers.
