Owners will notice budgeted changes on their upcoming assessment statements for March 2022. A Special Meeting of the Unit Owners was held prior to the January 10th Board of Directors Meeting where anticipated changes were discussed. The notice for this meeting was mailed in December. Click Here to review the original notice and cover letter that accompanied the proposed budget.
At the Special Meeting, the Board hosted a presentation explaining changes in the upcoming budget, which you can review: Click Here.
Most noticeable for Unit Owners, the budget includes an increase of 3.9% in base assessments and the cable/internet charge will be $57.88 per month. Most of the increase in the cable/internet fee is attributable to an increase in the monthly broadcast surcharge and other ancillary pass through fees not directly related to the actual cost cable or internet. Also, the license fees for all parking spots increases $5 per month. Virtually all of this increase is devoted to sustaining the valet operation.

Also, the fee for printing and mailing statements was increased to $2 per month. Right now, just over half of all Owners receive e-statements. Tired of this pesky and unnecessary fee, Click Here and learn more.
There were also changes to other user and service related ancillary fees and charges such as parking coupons, health club memberships and mortgage questionnaires. An updated fee schedule which lists all such business and fees is available to review: PTCA Fee Schedule 03.2022.
