Effective immediately Saturday Office Hours are being eliminated, primarily due to a lack of demand. With a goal of more wisely using Association time and resources, as well as making more efficient use of the staffs times, at the January 13th 2020 Board Meeting, the Board agreed to a proposal by the Management Staff to end Saturday hours. However, to make up some of that time, they also agreed to extend hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, to 6pm.
Beginning the week of Monday January 20th, unless otherwise posted, office hours will be:
Monday 8am to 5pm
Tuesday 8am to 6pm
Wednesday 8am to 6pm
Thursday 8am to 6pm
Friday 8am to 5pm
Notable exceptions will be days of recognized holidays, posted staff meetings and other events, and any other business for which it may be necessary to close the office. To the extent it is possible, anytime Management anticipates the office to otherwise be closed, a notice should be posted.
