The Park Tower Condo Association and the Office are now managed by THE HABITAT COMPANY.

As a part of that transition, the Office has a new e-mail address for communicating regular business.

Although we requested it, sadly, FirstService Residential has reported they will not forward the Park Tower office any e-mail correspondence.  So please, effective immediately, begin using the following address for all regular business, questions, requests, work orders, security matters, compliments and complaints.

Office Hours will remain the same:

Monday                     8am to 5pm

Tuesday                     8am to 5pm

Wednesday               8am to 5pm

Thursday                    8am to 6pm

Friday                         8am to 5pm

Saturday                    7am to 11am

All phone numbers remain the same. With questions or business during office hours, the office can be reached at 773-769-3250. After hours the front desk can be reached at 773-769-3083. The fax line is 773-769-0047.

Our other business lines are the same as well – the Garage can be reached at 773-271-8859, and the Health Club at 773-769-1513.

The Habitat Company has set up Unit Owner accounts, and is mailing the January statements. We also expect they will be sending out formal announcements with their primary contact information for business, as well as information on payment options for owners including online automatic payment setup, credit and debit cards and more.
