Key Fob Switch-over Scheduled

Earlier this year, the Park Tower Board approved upgrades to our security entry system and network, to allow for more secure key fobs to be used. The equipment necessary is in place, and we’ve scheduled the switchover to the new fobs to begin Monday June 3^rd, starting with the mall and staff. Then June 10^th for the residences at a pace of 3 floors per week until completion.

ON YOUR FLOOR’S DESIGNATED WEEK, please coordinate with the management office to get your new fob by that Friday. If you will be out of town that week, or otherwise not available, contact us via phone at 773-769-3250, or e-mail at parktowercondo@fsresidential.com, and we can make alternate plans with you. Once you receive your new fob, the old one can be discarded. The switchover schedule is as follows:

One new fob will be issued, free of charge, to each Owner of Record and to each properly registered adult occupant. Keep in mind, once a fob is issued, they are the property of that person to keep and maintain. For renters and other occupants, they are up to the Unit Owner to manage with their residents. Replacement of lost, stolen, damaged or otherwise inoperable fobs is $25. We encourage everyone to take good care of them.
