Marlon Dacres takes new role with Draper and Kramer as an Assistant Property Manager at Harbor Point downtown, as we introduce Christopher Rayburn who will be filling his shoes here at Park Tower!

Marlon has helped pass the baton off over the past week and a half, with Christopher ‘ghosting’ Marlon and learning the ins and outs and basics of the day to day routine for the garage, health club, security and other operations activity. This includes coming up to speed on our Security System and software, moving residents in and out of their garage spaces, and managing the door attendants, security guards and Health Club staff.

Christopher (pictured with Marlon in the heading photo as he trains) takes a step up from an Administrative position with Draper and Kramer, becoming our Assistant of Security and Operations here at Park Tower.

He’s been with Draper & Kramer for the past 7 years. His first position was a part-time Receiving Room clerk, then full-time Doorman. After that, he was promoted to an Administrative Assistant, and now steps up to an Assistant Property Manager position here at Park Tower.  He is looking forward to learning all about Park Tower and working with the Residents and staff.

Asked a little bit about himself, he considers himself to be a very creative person.  He enjoys arts & music, and counts them as a very important part of his life.  He said he discovered a new found love for fitness and proudly admits to being very close to hitting the mark of a second weight-loss goal.  He also takes great pride in his professional accomplishments and advancements made working for Draper and Kramer.

That’s not all. We also filled on open janitor position this Spring.

Meet Vladymyr “Wally” Ivanyshyn. Wally joined our team in March 2018, and is very happy to be a part of the Park Tower family and after train for a couple weeks, is now settled into a full time janitor position.

Own his own time, he likes to hit the trails on his bike and going fishing. He has been doing construction for some time now, helping friends and family maintain their property. He plans on purchasing his own home with his girlfriend, and starting a family shortly thereafter. He also enjoys TV and movies, and listening to music. INTERESTING FACT, he has a twin that is five minutes younger than he is and they are opposite in every possible way, from appearance to personality.
