New 1p Storage Lockers Ready!

We are excited to formally announce the storage lockers installed on 1p are now ready for month to month occupancy.
At the August 9, 2021 Board Meeting, pricing and policies were agreed to.
THERE IS A LIMITED NUMBER, so let our team know right away if you are interested.
There are four larger lockers available, 3 feet wide, 4 feet deep and 7 feet high, which were set at $100/month.
There are twelve smaller lockers available, 3 feet wide, 4 feet deep and 3.5 feet high which were set at $50/month.
They will be licensed month to month on a first come first serve basis, so send us an e-mail at parktowercondo-mgmt@habitat.com if you are interested.
Attached (1P Storage Locker License Agreement 08.2021) is a copy of the license agreement. If you are interested we suggest reviewing that first, as it does cover the basic rules and expectations. For renters, the Owners must also sign the agreement.
Once we have signed and executed agreements, all other interested residents will be added to a wait list. You are considered ‘first come/first served’, once we a have a properly signed and executed agreement.
