Repairs To Our Main Exhaust Fans Are Scheduled Wednesday thru Friday July 7th – 9th

Our maintenance team has advised repairs will be taking place to our kitchen and bathroom Main Exhaust Fans on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, July 7^th to July 9^th, from 8am to 5pm. Unfortunately, while relatively minor repairs and maintenance work is being coordinated, they expect the fans to be offline to accommodate these repairs.

This will reduce the outward draw of air from all kitchens and bathrooms, and lower the rate of circulation during these periods. The team will increase the air flow to the hallways to try to compensate, but there will be reduced capacity for air circulation into your unit from the hallway, and out through the vents in the kitchens and baths. So you may notice a reduction in the volume of air replacement in your bathrooms and kitchens when in use – such as cooking odors and steam from showers – between 8am and 5pm.

They’ve also advised that due to the nature of the work, it is possible on Thursday the exhaust flow will be off overnight. The goal is to have it running again each evening, but any unknown conditions or complications that arise during the planned work on Thursday may not be addressed until Friday.
