Our team reported that work prepping the flooring and stripping the old layer of wax is taking longer than expected. They now expect to be completed with the work within the next week to 10 days.
Surface Maintenance Of The Lobby And 1st Floor Corridors Terrazzo Floor Is Underway
Our staff has scheduled work to polish the floor in the lobby – this actually got underway late Friday night and Saturday morning. Most of the work will be done overnight to reduce the inconvenience to residents, as it is loud and they will be working in front doorways from time to time. The removal process will leave the floor with a dull and ashy appearance.
The floor will be thoroughly cleaned and detailed, and prepped for a new top coat, which is expected to follow next week. After buffing and further detailing, the glossy marble finish will return.
Please use care and caution if you do encounter workers or equipment as you come and go, though as always our time will do their best to minimize any inconvenience or obstruction.
