Carpet Replacement On The 1st Floor Is Scheduled To Begin Monday July 8th

At a recent Board Meeting, replacement of the carpet at the 1st Floor level adjacent to the passenger elevators was approved. The existing carpet is being replaced with carpet tile, chosen by the Home Improvement Committee.

This work is scheduled to begin Monday July 8th, at 7am and is expected to take no more than 3 to 5 days.

Above and below are the locations getting a long planned face lift with new carpeting, beginning Monday July 8th.

Workers will do their best to keep the area safe and accessible for residents coming and going, particularly when they are working in front of the elevators. For the safety of workers and residents, while work is done in the immediate vicinity of the elevators, individual elevator cabs may be taken out of service TEMPORARILY, and will be returned to service as quickly as possible once it is safe to come and go.

Please be prepared for occasional obstructions; WATCH YOUR STEP and USE CAUTION as you are coming and going from the elevators, or moving through the 1st floor lobby area while workers and work materials are present.
