AND Updated Emergency Contact Information
Monday August 27th at 7PM in the Party Room
There is no perfect way to respond when an emergency strikes. What we see around us from moment to moment and basic human instincts and behavior will always somewhat govern how we act. However, there are tried and true principles we can share to help you prepare and program how you respond should a serious incident arise.
Please join us for a presentation about basic high rise life safety and emergency response, in the Party Room at 7PM on Monday August 27th in the Party Room.
We will be discussing the City’s “C.A.L.M.” emergency action plan for high rise residents, how it fits in to our procedures at Park Tower and can help guide residents’ preparations and response in the event of an emergency. Residents who attend will learn some basics on how best to respond during emergencies, including how and when to exit your unit when the need arises.
We will discuss incidents that have occurred in the past, and what they taught us. We will also talk about Park Towers life safety system and will distribute copies of our updated Emergency Handbook.
For anyone who has attended our life safety meetings in the past, this may be somewhat redundant, but reinforcing what we have discussed in the past can only serve to help if you are ever confronted with an emergency situation.
WE ARE UPDATING OUR EMERGENCY PROCEDURES HANDBOOK and RESIDENT EMERGENCY CONTACT IN FORMATION! In preparation for this Town Hall event, and for good measure, we are updating our Handbook, including our database of emergency contacts for owners and residents, and those who have requested assistance in the event of an emergency.
PLEASE USE THIS OPPORTUNITY to make sure we have your most recent contact information on file. Click Here to download our emergency contact form for this purpose.
We hope to see everyone at the Town Hall Meeting, Monday August 27th at 7pm, in the 2nd Floor Party Room. Feel free to turn your contact information form in at that time as well.
Thank you.
