Lettuce Mailroom Construction

Lettuce Entertain You has advised us they will be doing some construction this weekend, and over the next few weeks as they begin to do some repair work in Unit 12c and the neighboring Unit 11c.
Friday July 27th, and overnight and into the weekend, they will be doing work in their mailroom. This location is depicted in the header photo, which is next to our security office and the back dock entrance/exit.
Friday evening, between 6pm and 1am they will be tearing up old flooring. The work is expected to generate a lot of dust, so resident coming and going from the dock area and back of the building may see workers dressed in protective gear from time to time as they access the work location. There will be an air filter system set up to capture as much of the dust as possible. You may hear this at times if you are in the mall or vicinity of the dock entrance. However, we are told the dust, debris and noise should be contained to their mailroom.
In coming days and weeks, we are told there will be more work, such as that in their newly acquired Suite 12c! As they share details, we will post updates!
