An unexpected delay with some of the planned work on Thursday, will require the laundry room to be closed one more day, Friday October 26th.

The team anticipates being able to complete the work today, and intends to have the facility back open for business on Saturday October 27th.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we complete this important work.

Preparations for a planned replacement of a Hot Water Storage Tank will require the Laundry Room to be Closed On Thursday October 25th.

We expect it will be Closed all day, though it will reopen for regular hours once they are finished.

Work on the needed replacement of a storage tank in one of our buildings mechanical rooms is is underway. To begin with, they will be prepping the location where the new tank will be installed and getting most the new piping and tie-ins in place. As a part of this process, next Thursday at 1am the laundry room will be closed for 24 hours. They need to move a hot water heater which serves the laundry room, to put the new tank and other materials in place.

Since this is being done, maintenance is gearing up to give the laundry room a small face lift. Shining up the floor, deep cleaning the machines and some touch up painting.
