Laundry Room Operator Changing

Facility Closed June 15th thru June 24th

The current laundry room operator, WASH, will no longer be servicing the laundry room and maintaining the equipment. The Park Tower Board has engaged Family Pride to take over operations in mid-June 2016.

We expect the laundry room to close on Wednesday June 15th, and WASH will begin removing their equipment including the VTM machines and all Washers and Dryers. This process is expected to take a few days. The following week, beginning Monday June 20th, Family Pride will install their equipment. We expect to reopen by the end of business Friday June 24th. If all goes smoothly, we may reopen sooner.

GREAT NEWS!  All new equipment will be installed with the latest tech available for a residential laundry facility such as Park Tower. This will include options for managing your laundry card and setting up an online account to monitor your balance and washers and dryers in use.

BAD NEWS! The current VTM cards will no longer work. So if you have dollars left on them, they will expire when the laundry room closes June 15th. However, Family Pride will issue a card for every adult resident. So, you will not have to pay $5 for a new card.

More details about the new equipment and pay options to come. For now, just put what you absolutely need on your cards.
