WASH Laundry Services has begun the process of removing the old washers and dryers. The laundry room is now closed.

Our new operator, Family Pride, will be installing new equipment and features. This includes a Cyberlaundry payment system. Your old laundry cards will no longer work. You can get a refund – just pick up a refund packet from the office and/or e-mail Yvonne for more details.

The Family Pride Cyberlaundry System – allows residents to see what machines are available before making a trip to the laundry room. Residents will be able to operate machines using:

1. Standard Laundry Card. New vend machines are being installed and every unit is entitled to one free laundry card. Just pick one up from the office, or e-mail Yvonne.

2. Credit or Debit card – right at the washer or dryer. You will have the capability to operate the machines without a vend card!

3. You can register on line for a Cyberlaundy account which allows users to start machines with their smartphones (with a Wifi Connection) and receive alerts for completed cycles.

Family Pride is scheduled to begin work June 20th after WASH has removed their equipment. And they will hold two Open House style orientations to answer questions and introduce residents to the new equipment and features. Those will be:

Thursday June 23rd – 5 to 6:30PM  and

Friday June 24th – 1 to 3PM

Both in the Laundry Room.

In the interim, the new laundry cards are now available in the Management Office along with the refund kits for the old cards. For residents convenience, attached is a PDF with more information and instructions on the Cyberlaundry system and app. But we encourage residents to attend one of the Open House’s to get a feel for the new equipment and have an opportunity to talk with the Family Pride reps in person.
