Right now, the protective membrane and paint are curing for a few days. Fortunately, it appears the weather will cooperate, so the staff plans to fill it up first thing on Monday, June 20th. If all goes well, it will open by mid-day.
The weather prevented the work from getting started until summer was already here. The cold and wet Spring was not favorable for the concrete and sealant work needed. And by the time we could get rolling, a family emergency with the contractor originally chosen to do the work forced us to scramble and chose another contractor. To the new contractors credit, they agreed to do the work at the same price.
Fast forward to now, and the repairs are done. The pool should be back open next week.
