The key fob audit was completed. Any fobs the staff had questions about, were deactivated. If you experience a problem, just contact the office.

ALSO – remember to take good care of your fob. If they are lost or broken, they do cost $25 to replace.

Continuing our quasi ‘spring cleaning’, and as we prepare for bike registrations beginning with the upcoming GREEN WEEK, the office is conducting a complete audit of the bike room. Residents will receive letters from the office if the staff finds any problems or questions, such as bikes missing registration stickers, or bikes stored in an incorrect stall. Bikes improperly stored or squatting do run the risk of being removed. But there is plenty of room. We will begin registering for this season; spots are available for $50 annually. We do recommend if you have your bike stored that you stop by and check on it – if for some reason we can not reach you or there is a bike we can not identify (missing sticker or squatter), notices will be placed on the bike. Any questions, just send us an e-mail or stop by the office.

PARKERS ON THE OUTDOOR RACK – this will be removed for repairs and replacement on the plaza. Once this is done, the rack is for day parking only. So if you’re interested in a permanent spot, please contact the office.
