For several years we had a couple residents we could rely on to help with Moves, but they have either moved on or been unavailable. Consequently , we’ve had to rely on our Security Contractor which costs a premium.
Responsibilities include checking in movers, inspecting the hallway and elevator before and after the moves, monitoring the doors, managing the traffic while the move is underway and filling out a checklist at the end of the move. Shifts would be random, Monday through Friday 9am to 1pm and/or 1pm to 5pm.
