The team doing this work will begin draining the line at 8am, and expects the hot water to unavailable for 8-10 hours barring unknown conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Once the water is back on, it will take about an hour to get up to temperature on all floors. So, to be safe, we ask everyone to plan for the hot water to be off all day – say 8am to 8pm.
It is our expectation we will not have to involve the cold water line and hope to have the cold water operational all day. However, because the network is connected, we suggest all residents plan ahead should conditions require work be integrated with the cold water line for some reason.
We realize this will be inconvenient for all our residents and Owners on these floors. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we plan and conduct this very important replacement project.
