These water heaters are at the end of their useful life, and have actually been the culprit behind a number of the water problems we’ve experienced in recent months. Fortunately, we expected this work would be necessary, and it was budgeted.
The authorized contractor has been hired, and on November 10th, 11th, 12th and possibly 13th (if needed) our team will be carrying out this improvement. It is expected residents from Floors 3 to 29 may experience lower water temperatures at times in bathrooms and kitchens.
It is our teams goal to carry out the work such that any outright outage will be minimal, but unknown conditions or situations could arise resulting in outages of hot water at times. Because of the nature of the work, this could be unpredictable. We’ll do our best to communicate throughout the duration of the project if outages occur.
