Dear PT Owners and Residents,

On behalf of the entire staff, THANK YOU for all the support and donations to the 2019 Park Tower Employee Holiday Fund. BIG THANKS! We sincerely appreciate your gift!

2019 was a banner year for the holiday fund, with collections of $26,506.82, which is the most we’ve ever collected in a year. Our team is particularly thankful with the record contribution, since the good folks at the IRS now take their share. Collecting a bit more helped make up from years past when it was not processed through payroll.

We’ve continued receiving contributions and so far received $985 past the cutoff, all of which will go towards next year’s fund. Despite that, the fund was still big enough that the distribution was more than ever in the past.

BIG THANK YOU FROM THE WHOLE TEAM! 🙂

Dear Owners and Residents,

On behalf of the entire staff, if you already donated to the 2019 Park Tower Employee Holiday Fund THANKS! We sincerely appreciate your gift!

If you have not, but plan to, now is your LAST CHANCE TO DONATE – In final preparation for the holidays, we humbly remind our residents and Owners to consider the loyal and dedicated people who work to care and maintain the Park Tower community.  To contribute, please make a check or money order payable to “Park Tower Condo Association”.

DEADLINE MONDAY DECEMBER 16th

CORRECTION! (from previous flyer) Leave your check in the drop box at the front desk, or drop it off at the management office by Monday December 16th. (Please do not leave cash.)  The employees will receive the contributions via Payroll which is processed the morning of Monday December 16th. Owners may also opt to have their account charged – just fill out the form below and return to the drop box at the front desk or the office. OR, e-mail a request to parktowercondo@fsresidential.com, to charge your account for your donation. Employees will receive their gift check at the Employee Holiday Party the afternoon of Friday December 20^th, will a list of all the donor names.
