The newly formed Property Value Research Taskforce, and the Social Committee, are looking for volunteers to give an assist!

Property Value Research Taskforce

On Monday November 13th, the Board of Directors voted to form the Property Value Research Taskforce, and Ad-hoc Commission to research Park Tower property values relative to the neighborhood, and ways the Board might consider working to improve them.

The purpose of this task force is to see what issues may be related to property values and time on market to sale in our area. Residents who are interested in joining the task force should contact the management office and provide their contact information. Paul Heck is the Board liaison to the task force, and will organize the inaugural meeting around the first week in December. The first step will be to determine what variables may effect property values at Park Tower.

Social Committee – 4th Of July 2018

The Social Committee has been mapping out activities for 2018! In fact, they are laying the ground work to revive the annual 4th of July Party, on the 2nd Floor Deck. As a part of their planning, they are looking for 5 volunteers to assist on the day of the event with set up, serving, cooking and clean up.
