Early Spring Like Weather May Be Here, But The AC Is Not Yet Available…

Above an outdoor temperature around 55-60 degrees, the heat may be off. But the AC service is not yet ready for operation this season.

THE GOOD NEWS? Our team has already been hard at work prepping the AC system for the season, and barring any problems, it should be available soon if needed! THE BAD NEWS? Full sun and windy days are the most difficult to balance, hence the roller coaster some residents may feel we are on at times. On sunny and/or warm days, the heat may be off.

We will do our best as the weather and actual conditions dictate to run the heat and when it becomes available the cooling. As always, we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while this occurs. Please remember, when we make a switch, it can take several hours to go from heat to cooling and back. Unfortunately we cannot just flip a switch to make this transition. There are miles of pipe and thousands of gallons of water in the system, so it takes patience when we transition.

AC should be available when needed, some time in April.
