Heating & Air Conditioning Shut Down

Scheduled for Monday October 15th between 9am and 5pm
A main valve repair has been scheduled for Monday, October 15th, between the hours of 9AM-5PM. During this time, Heat & A/C service will not be available to all residential & commercial units.
The valve repair is necessary to help address an active leak on the ’09 tier, which our team recently discovered. We originally scheduled to repair the leak on Tuesday October 10th. However, while preparing for the work, the valve serving the ’09 tier failed.
Unfortunately, it is necessary to shut off the Heating and Air Conditioning service in order to repair this valve. Our team expects to have all the materials necessary in place for the repair by Monday October 15th. In order to address the leaking as soon as possible, we are gearing up to do the work at that time despite the anticipated cool weather conditions.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete these repairs, and apologize for any discomfort you experience while this shutdown is underway.
