First, we wish all PTCA owners, residents and their friends, family and guests the best for 2015!
A few reminders:
1. BE SAFE!! If you are partaking in New Year’s celebration, do so safely and responsibly.
2. CTA RIDES ARE FREE – SO WHY DRIVE? Both bus and train, from Wednesday December 31st at 10pm to Thursday January 1st at 4am. While you may plan to drive responsibly, others may make bad choices. So if you can, use mass transit.
3. BE MINDFUL OF YOUR NEIGHBORS, some folks will not be celebrating and may in fact need to sleep to get to work on the 1st. So, please take care if you are celebrating at home to do so with that in mind. Try to keep noise, music and other activities from getting too out of hand, and if the staff knocks at your door please respect any requests to bring the volume down.
4. CHRISTMAS TREE PICK UP IS FREE, so please take advantage. Our team will pick up and properly dispose of Christmas trees. This often saves us time; unfortunately when residents do this on their own, we end up with a bigger and sometimes costlier mess to clean up. Feel free to send us an e-mail, if you would like to coordinate this.
