The Association spent a pretty tidy sum to remodel the hallways from top to bottom, which you probably know if you follow this site and read the meeting reports. And now that they are looking great, we want to enlist residents’ help keeping them that way. Perhaps the best way to do that, is for everyone to endeavor to treat the hallways and common areas as if they are a part of their own home. Indeed, the hallways are a part of the entrance into each of our homes.
Here are some specific things to keep in mind based on observations by our team.
We already have several dozen work tickets in our system on top of dozens we’ve already completed over the past several months for scratches, marks, holes and more. All unnecessary had proper care and precautions been taken and damages beyond wear and tear occurred. Many Owners and residents have reported disappointment at how quickly some locations have become marked up and scratched. Unfortunately, it will take time to get to all of these work tickets and as you can imagine there are at times far greater priorities than repairing scratches and marks. So as they add up, it will take that much longer to get them addressed.
