For those of you who have not received a notice, our staff is working their way through the building doing minor wall and door repairs, painting and other work to try to improve the aesthetics in the hallways. This is a part of our annual effort to keep the hallways looking presentable. Our goal is to try to be done by Thanksgiving – Thursday November 27th. We may fall a few hallways short of that goal. But we will continue after that time if necessary and should be finished sometime the first week of December.
We always appreciate a second opinion, so if you think our guys missed a pesky mark on a door or wall that’s been bugging you, please do not hesitate to report it to the office. Another pair of eyes always helps. We will dispatch our team to have another look and get it taken care of if necessary. And any aesthetic issue you would like us to look into for that matter, shoot us an e-mail and we will add it to our list.
Walls where fresh paint is present will be marked, so please take care. We don’t want any winter coats to get stained. 🙂 Also, do not be surprised if you get a call form the office or one of our maintenance employees if we need to access your door to do any touch ups.
Of course we appreciate all our residents patience and understanding as we do what we can to make your living experience at Park Tower more comfortable.
