Guest Parkers In The Garage

Park Tower will be accommodating parkers from The Metropolitan while they complete a resurfacing project.
Our neighbors across the street are beginning garage concrete and membrane repairs, and needed to find some temporary parking for their residents. We made an agreement to accommodate about 30 to 35 of their parkers for the next 60 to 90 days, via valet parking. This begins August 1st and will continue until at least October 1st – that will depend on the progress of their work.
Since we are averaging about 60 parkers below capacity, this should not be a problem for our team to handle. Obviously, it may take some time to adjust to this sudden influx of new parkers, and residents who park valet may notice a bit of a difference in wait time. But as always, you can call down in advance and let the attendant know when you need your car, 773-271-8859, and they will do their best to prepare and stage your vehicle to minimize your wait.
