We are excited to see traffic on our Classifieds section and pleased to here there is interest in begin to use this. We have been receiving feedback and suggestions and will do whatever we reasonably can to improve users experience.

This includes updating areas that instruct you to be logged in, so that there is a link to do so. To place an ad you will need to be a registered user. You can login or register if needed, here: https://www.ptcondo.com/wp-login.php

Also, for posting an image of your item, the photo requirements are a minimum of 640 pixels wide and 480 pixels high. To visualize that better, 96 pixels across is about 1 inch.

We are working to edit the page and it will include helpful links and details such as these.

UPDATED – We are pleased to report after posting this on November 5th, a PTCondo user gave it a try and within a week made our first reported sale!

On the menu, just click “Classifieds”. Owners and Residents registered on the PT Condo webiste can post ads under 6 different categories:

Services

Have a job to advertise? A Condo to sell? An apartment to rent? Post a Classified Ad right here on Park Tower’s website. After you login, click “Classifieds” on the menu and follow the prompts to place your ad – pick your category enter your name, and press “Continue”. Then fill in all the relevant fields.

You’ll be prompted to enter a Start Date, End Date, if you have Website URL to reference, a Contact Name, a Contact Email (the access codes needed to edit your listing will be sent to this email address), a Contact Phone Number, an Item Price, and Ad Details.

You can schedule the ad to appear on the website at a future date. If you specify an end date as well, the ad will remain visible until that day, regardless of the duration of the selected plan. If you don’t specify an end date, the ad will remain visible for the duration of the selected plan starting from the start date.
