Garage Guest Coupons Now Available For Purchase At Go Grocer!

Park Tower Residents may now purchase Garage Parking Coupons at Go Grocer in the mall market space, during business hours. Those are everyday 7am to 12am, with the exception of holidays. (4th of July, their hours are 7am to 10pm.)

While still at a significant discount from posted rates, due to the potential for City and County tax liability, they do cost a bit more than if you purchase them from the Management Office:

5 Tickets for $60

10 Tickets for $150

Go Grocer does not accept checks, so coupons are available CASH ONLY!

Friday June 14th at Noon!

We are very excited to announce that Go Grocer opened their doors for business, Friday June 14^th at Noon, in the Park Tower Mall at 5415 North Sheridan. Signage is expected to be installed in July on our Plaza, and it is our understanding at some point they intend to have a Grand Opening. Nonetheless, they’ve opened their doors, and started welcoming customers Friday at noon.

While they are open, their management team explained to us they will be continuing to add product, including produce and other goods over the next couple weeks.

On behalf of our team and community, we are excited to welcome them to Park Tower and the neighborhood. They’ve asked us to start spreading the word, and invite our Owners, residents, neighbors and the community to check out their store and operation, as they begin doing business.
