In Order to Complete the Work to Replace Fire Doors on 1p and 2p, the Garage will be CLOSED to Traffic Wednesday July 19^th from 9:00pm to 5:00am.

PLEASE PLAN COMING AND GOING IN THE GARAGE AROUND THIS TIME FRAME!

The garage fire door installation will continue on Wednesday July 19, 2017. Work will be done between the hours of 9:00pm-5:00am on the 1P and 2P level.  We expect the garage entrance and exits to be closed during that time frame, with limited ability to pass through these thresholds while work is underway.

It has been determined heavy machinery and tools will be needed including a forklift, blowtorches and power saws, in order to complete the removal of the old doors and install the new ones. Once they begin working, they will be unable to start and stop to permit traffic to go in and out.

PLEASE PLAN AHEAD – with this work, if you leave or return to the garage, residents should expect wait times of up to an hour or more to pass through these locations. If you need to come or go during these hours, we strongly advise residents to plan ahead and around this time frame accordingly.

We realize interruptions and delays are an inconvenience for those who depend on parking availability. However, this is an improvement to a safety and fire prevention device, necessary to bring the building and the garage doors into compliance.
