IMPORTANT NOTICE – Monday October 9^th through about Friday October 13th, between 9:00am to 5:00pm, workers will be replacing a large section of drain line above the main exit ramp from the garage.

Workers will be removing and installing a large section of cast iron pipe that runs above the main exit ramp serving the garage. This drain line has cracked along a long section, resulting in leaking from the roof above during rainfall and snow melt. Entering and exiting the garage Monday October 9^th – Friday October 13^th will be limited to one lane. Work will be done between the hours of 9:00am-5:00am on the exit ramp side.

Due to the nature of this repair work, large scaffolding will need to be erected in this location. At this time we anticipate them moving it away on a daily basis. PLEASE PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION – when entering and exiting the garage during these times, as workers will be conducting work above and around this location.

We realize there might be some interruptions and delays for those who depend on parking. So we ask that parkers allow extra time especially during the peak rush times when going about daily activities with vehicles.
