Management is planning a short presentation regarding the upcoming Garage Project, in advance of the Resident’s Forum, scheduled for Saturday February 1st at 11am. AND JUST ADDED – A second Town Hall Meeting has been scheduled for Monday February 24th at 7pm. Following the meetings our team will answer questions from parkers in attendance.
All such meetings are held in the 2nd floor Party Room, unless otherwise posted.

We’ve gotten a few very good questions:
What about Valet Parkers? Do they need to RSVP or Relocate?
Self-Park Spots are the only ones that need to be clear, as Valet spaces are not physical spots. It is our goal to absorb all valet parkers for the duration of the project. So, if you are a Valet Parker, you don’t need to plan to relocate at this time.
HOWEVER, you will need to plan for delays and extra time coming and going. There will be less space for parking and maneuvering. Getting in and out is going to be a challenge for all parkers. So, planning and patience for the duration of the project is going to be necessary.
If I have to relocate, how do the credits work?
Most 2P parkers will have to relocate for at least the first 3 days. A credit of $15 will be issued to the corresponding accounts. Any 1p parkers who do not RSVP or who voluntarily relocate, the full monthly license fee will be credited for the month. There will be 2p parkers who need to relocate at other times to accommodate concrete repairs where they are needed; they will be credited $5 per day if we can not accommodate them in Valet.
Where can I relocate?
Besides the street, we are working on a list of locations nearby which parkers can consider. This information is being compiled now, and we will update this post soon.
I am worried about dust?
It will be more dusty, despite measures the contractor is planning to take to reduce dust. Our staff is making a bulk order of plain car covers that will be available for those who want some additional reassurance.
What if there is a delay? If the start date is delayed or the work on our phase goes beyond the anticipated completion date?
We will do our best to communicate any delays as immediately as we can to everyone, and particularly with any parkers directly impacted. To the best we are able, any such communication will explain what parkers need to do and expect, depending on the situation. If this includes additional relocation time, those parkers will receive additional pro-rated credits on their account.
