PARKERS PLEASE PREPARE YOURSELVES – Like any roadway or freeway project, you can expect delays and inconvenience coming and going from the garage. Room to park will be seriously reduced, and likewise, room to maneuver, particularly around work locations, will be difficult at times.

Management will hold a presentation regarding the upcoming Garage Resurfacing Project, Monday February 24th at 7pm in the 2^nd Floor Party Room, to discuss in detail the project which is expected to begin Monday March 2^nd.

The project will unfold over 8 phases, with work being completed within about 4 weeks each phase. During that time, parkers within the phase on 1p will need to relocate. On 2p parkers will need to relocate for the first 3 days of the scheduled work, and after that on a case by case basis. We have room for about 30 to 35 vehicles to valet park each phase, and the office has already begun accepting RSVPs for valet parking during each phase. Unfortunately some owners will have to relocate, and will be credited for their time doing so.
