It’s time to plan for our seasonal cleaning of the parking garage surface!

As always, it is important for all our parkers to be ready to move their cars on their designated date, to make it possible for our team to clean 100% of the surface.

Each quadrant within the garage is scheduled for cleaning as follows between the hours of 9AM and 5PM on the following dates:

Monday May 6^th                 Level 1P spaces 90-149, T16-T23, All Valet        

Tuesday May 7^th                 Level 1P spaces 21-89, T14-T15, All Valet

Wednesday May 8^th          Level 2P spaces 82-149, T16-T23

Thursday May 9^th               Level 2P spaces 1-81, T1- T15, 148,150,151, SW

GUEST PARKING WILL BE VERY LIMITED ON THESE DATES AND TIMES. Anyone expecting guests should let them know parking may not be available.

We realize this process is an inconvenience for those who depend on parking availability during the week. But this maintenance is necessary to reduce the gunk and dirt that gets tracked into the building, and helps remove substances which act to increase erosion of the membrane and concrete on both 1p and 2p.

For the best cleaning results possible we request all garage parkers remove their cars from the garage to accommodate the power-washing as scheduled above. If you do not remove your car from the garage you risk dust, debris and other damage to your vehicle from the power-washing process, which the Association, staff and vendor shall not take responsibility for. Also, a $50 fee is charged to the license of any vehicle not relocated in time for the work.

We greatly appreciate our parkers’ patience and understanding while this maintenance is being performed, and apologize in advance for any disruption or inconvenience this causes.
