We’ve received several inquiries and do realize that following the repair project, it is still a bit dusty and messy in some locations. The punch list with the contractor has been completed, and we are ready to get rolling with a power wash. If you’ve been following our posts, you’ll know the Board approved Garage surface cleaning at the August 9th Board Meeting, to be performed by our regular vendor Skyline Building Services.
This is a bit earlier than our normal seasonal cleaning, however, we know it is necessary following the project.
We anticipate cleaning to take place the week of October 4th. We expect work to take place Monday thru Thursday as follows:
Monday October 4th
Level 1P spaces 90-149, T16-T23, All Valet
Tuesday October 5th
Level 1P spaces 21-89, T14-T15, All Valet
Wednesday October 6th
Level 2P spaces 82-149, T16-T23
Thursday October 7th
Level 2P spaces 1-81, T1- T14, 148,150,151
GUEST PARKING MAY BE LIMITED ON THESE DATES AND TIMES. Anyone expecting guests should let them know parking may not be available.
We realize this process is an inconvenience for those who depend on parking availability during the week. But this maintenance is necessary to do a thorough clean up following the project, and reduce the gunk and dirt that gets tracked into the building. This also helps remove substances which act to increase erosion of the membrane and concrete on both 1p and 2p.
For the best cleaning results possible we request all garage parkers remove their cars from the garage to accommodate the power-washing as scheduled above. If you do not remove your car from the garage you risk dust, debris and other damage to your vehicle from the power-washing process, which the Association, staff and vendor shall not take responsibility for. Also, a $50 fee is charged to the license of any vehicle not relocated in time for the work.
We greatly appreciate our parker’s patience and understanding while this maintenance is being performed, and apologize in advance for any disruption or inconvenience this causes.
