Cast iron pipe replacement has been scheduled on 2p for Thursday, January 24^th  – (2P spaces 61, 62 & 63.)  Management is requesting these parkers please have your car removed from your space by 8am.  This will allow the plumber & maintenance proper access to the pipes as well as protect your car from any damage.  Work is expected to be done by 4pm.  For those that do not have to work or leave the building, you are more than welcome to valet your car the morning of or the night before.

Parkers in the vicinity of this work, be aware there will be noise and workers coming and going from this location from time to time, as well as some dust.

In order to accommodate scheduled repairs and maintenance of plumbing in the garage ON LEVEL 2P, planned throughout the first couple weeks of January 2019, some vehicles will need to be temporarily moved from their spaces.

THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE, but we are posting this so everyone is in the loop. This is just some planned care and maintenance of some drain lines by our maintenance team and plumber.

Management requests the following parkers please have your car removed from your space by 8am on your assigned day.  This will allow the plumber & maintenance proper access to the locations as well as protect your car from any possible damage. For those that do not have to work or leave the building on their assigned date, you are more than welcome to valet your car the morning of or the night before.

We expect the work to be done, and vehicles should be able to return to their spots at 3pm.
