Workers will be returning to perform some follow up work to the Garage Entry Doors on Wednesday April 21st at 8:30am. They expect to be completed by 1pm. While work is being done, they expect only one door will in service at a time. Staff will be present to help direct traffic.

On April 8th, workers conducting the originally planned repairs identified a part that appeared to be failing. Unfortunately it had to be ordered. That part is now in, and is the reason for their return to conduct additional work.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while this necessary follow up repair is completed.

Our team is coordinating repairs to the main garage entry doors, Thursday April 8th from 8:30am to 3pm.

Electrical repairs are needed, and have been scheduled for Thursday morning. While work is being done, only one door will be operational at a time. We are expecting either Security or a member of the maintenance staff to be present to assist coordinating traffic if necessary.

It is expected the work will take about 5 to 6 hours to complete, with only one door being available for both entering and exiting the garage. Our team anticipates being completed with the work, and able to return the doors to normal operation no later than 3pm, barring unforeseen conditions.

Parkers should plan extra time coming and going just in case there are delays. Again, only one door will be operational at a time.
